Refund and Return Policy

At Kitchen King UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new cookware and kitchen essentials. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right.
This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
1. Returns Period (Change of Mind)
We offer a 15-day return policy. If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you have 15 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note: Cookware that has been used, washed, seasoned, or exposed to heat cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards, unless the item is faulty.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing your orders, but accidents can happen.
Damaged on Arrival: If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Defective/Faulty Products: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your product is faulty, you have the right to a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days (and up to 6 months), we reserve the right to repair or replace the item before offering a refund.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of faulty goods.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your Order Number (#12345) and the reason for the return.
Approval: We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization along with the return address.
Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Please include your packing slip inside.
Ship: Send the item back to us.

4. Shipping Costs
Change of Mind: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Defective/Wrong Item: Kitchen King UK will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Timeline: Please allow up to 14 days from the day we receive your return for the money to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
Contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted).
